What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

 Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies. 

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services. Your continued use of our website will be regarded as acceptance of our practices around privacy and personal information. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after you receive your item.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please request a return before mailing anything back.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and return instructions. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label, and a 10% restocking fee applies.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

For an exchange, return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping Policy

Orders ship within 3–4 business days. Delivery time is additional and depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Domestic Orders: Please note that once the order has been physically dropped off by ShopLakotko it THEN takes 5-10 days for delivery if you choose the First Class Shipping Option via USPS. 1-3 days for Priority Mail USPS, and roughly 24 hours for Priority Mail Express USPS - ONCE IT HAS BEEN PROCESSED/HANDLED AND DROPPED OFF.
